COROSSOL - TRAITEUR AFRO-ANTILLAIS ET CAJUN

Right in the heart of Paris, in the Marché des Enfants Rouges (literally market of the red children), is located a charming, atypical, and very convivial place. Corossol is an authentic culinary journey taking us from Africa to Louisianna, and even to the West Indies! Its creator, Njulienne, succeeds in this challenge by combining elegance and originality not only in her recipes but also in her decor!

An original place, partly decorated with paintings by Njulienne herself, in which you can savour African (NDolet Royal, Yassa...), West Indian (Colombo, crab...), and Cajun (Jambalaya, PecanPie) specialities. Added to all that is a comprehensive drinking list inspired by the same origins that makes you enjoy flavoured rum from all over the world, tropical cocktails, unusual fruit juice (of which ginger juice, highly recommended), and, of course, Ti'punch!

To sum it up, it is a very nice and fun-filled atmosphere, rythmed with local music, bursts of laughter, buoyancy, great dishes and drinks to savour on the premises or to take away, and the assurance to have a good time! Moreover, the privatization of this place for private (like birthday, wedding...) or professional events (like cocktails or vernissage) is possible!
